This month feels like it is already flying. As we evolve as a training facility, you will see a new feature to our programming. Starting Tuesday, you will see on the white board, two seperate strength tracks. The "Strength" and the "Fit" tracks. This will allow some flexibility for our training programs and our athletes. The "Strength" track will remain what it currently is; challenging and tough. The "Fit" track will feed off the strength track, however it will be great for beginners who don't necessarily need heavier percentages, but need more volume at lighter loads. The "Fit" track will also serve our seasoned athletes, and is good for those days where the body isn't quite up to hitting heavy percentages (75% +) due to several factors such as soreness, lack of sleep, nutrition, injury (pre-existing or wear and tear) or for those times life gets in the way and you have a long layoff. It is very difficult to jump in mid-cycle. This relieves that pressure and will give most in that situation an opportunity to stay on track without missing a beat and gear up for the next cycle. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. More announcements coming soon ;-)
