It is that time to test your fitness, you've been hearing about it and now it's time to step up to the plate and take your best shot. Don't take this opportunity to reach into the dreaded bag of excuses. It will be a bit nerve racking, and you will get butterflies, but you will be surprised at what you're capable of doing when you just allow yourself to GO! We will be picking teams soon, as well as having a sign up sheet at the front desk. As much as we want everyone to dedicate five consecutive Saturday's, we know life comes up. You will be able to make up your workout on Saturday at 11am or Sunday from 10am to 12pm. The make up session can also be used for a "do-over". You have to sign up for the make up session, so we can have somebody judge your reps (*especially if you register online). We encourage everyone to register on the official site games.crossfit.com. This will be open to any athletes: current, former and from other affiliates. It will be a fun environment, with weekly prizes! The workouts will be programmed anyway, might as well soak up the environment as opposed to hiding in the shadows. It's your time to shine. Five Fridays! February 26th March 4th March 11th March 18th March 25th Briefing will begin at 5:30pm, with the first heat beginning at 6:00pm. We will be posting all the open announcements.
