Your first session is on us, we want to introduce you to how we get results. In this session you will meet one of our coaches, tour the facility and take part in a workout. You are encouraged to ask questions about our program and how it can help you achieve the results you are seeking.

What to expect?
We will introduce you to one of our trainers, we will give you a short tour of our training facility. Then we will sit down and go over some of your goals and how we train at Backyard CrossFit.
Some common questions:
Prior to your workout, you may participate in a complimentary Burn class guided by our trainers. The participation waiver is not required for the consultation, however, it is required to participate in a workout.
