Free Trial Session
Whether you are new to CrossFit or are an experienced CrossFitter, we want you to get a taste of what we have to offer before making a commitment. We are confident in our coaches, community, facility and our programming. Your first session is completely free, the only requirement is that you sign a liability waiver prior to taking on the session.
During this session you will have a trainer/coach dedicated to you, and they will guide you through your first class. From the warm up, to the strength/skill portion and to the conditioning (the "WOD"), the trainer will guide you and modify the workout to your skill level. This allows you to go through a workout in a class setting, while at the same time giving you some guidance and training in order to ensure proper form. This session is also an information session on what CrossFit is, and it also gives participants an opportunity to ask any questions they may have. You will be in an intimate setting where you will be guided through a dynamic warm up, static stretching, movement instruction, a fun workout and then a cool down/stretch to conclude the session. The setting also allows you to ask any questions you may have about the program and methodology.
We do recommend that you hydrate properly the day before and the day of your free trial session.
This session is available every Wednesday at 7:00pm and Saturday at 10:00am, by appointment only, if you are unable to attend on Wednesday or Saturday, contact us and we'll make arrangements in order to get you started on your fitness journey.
